myntharivex provides refunds for learning programs under specific circumstances. Our refund policy applies to all educational courses and workshops offered through our platform, with different terms depending on when the refund request is submitted.

Important Notice

Refund eligibility is calculated from the date of course registration, not the date of first access. Weekend days and public holidays are included in the calculation period.

You'll receive email confirmation of your refund approval or denial, including the refund amount and expected processing time.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval confirmation.

If your original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be discussed

Please note that myntharivex does not cover any fees charged by your bank or payment provider for processing refunds. These fees, if any, will be deducted from your refund amount.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. While our standard refund policy applies to most cases, we do consider exceptions for genuine emergencies and extraordinary circumstances.

Emergency Situations

Medical emergencies, family bereavement, or sudden financial hardship may qualify for refund consideration beyond our standard timeframes. Documentation will be required to support your request.

Technical issues that prevent access to course materials for extended periods may also qualify for partial refunds. If you experience persistent technical difficulties, contact our support team immediately to document the issue and explore resolution options.

Course cancellations by myntharivex due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability automatically qualify for full refunds, regardless of timing. These refunds are processed within 5 business days of cancellation notification.
